- Skip the fabric softener, as it can affect the fabric’s performance and breathability.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces and Velcro, which can catch on the fabric and cause pulling or damage.

I’m 156cm 46kg and size xs was perfect. What’s amazing about it is the coverage around breast and the thickness of the material. Many of this type of one piece have no padding but it’s double lined and pads. I purchased it for surfing next summer (it’s becoming autumn in Japan now) and can’t wait for that!
