CEACEA understands that purchasing online can be daunting for those who like to try before you buy. We have an easy returns/exchange portal for you to use to make the process easy.
Returns are offered on FULL PRICE ITEMS ONLY for a refund, exchange or store credit note. Credit notes are valid for 1 year. Item/s must be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
** Please allow 3 days for processing time once the package arrives at our returns centre.
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Please review the RETURN conditions below:
- If you wish to return an item(s) we provide a refund, credit note or an exchange - on full priced items only.
- A $13 admin fee will be deducted from your refund if no items are kept from your order. If one or more items are kept no admin fee will be deducted.
- Returns must be processed via our portal within 14 days.
- Returned/Exchanged items return postage to be covered by customer.
- All purchases made with a discount code are final (except the welcome $10 off discount). No refunds/exchanges/credit notes accepted when you have used a discount coe.
- Any items bought that are on sale or in a sale (EOFY/Black Friday sale) are final sale. No credit notes/exchanges accepted.
- Returned items must have all tags still attached and cannot be washed or altered in way. They must have no makeup, fake tan or any other stains on them
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & tracking info. CEACEA is not responsible for any lost returned parcels.
- Any faults or issues that arise with your items will only be replaced up to 60 days after purchase.

LOST OR MISSING RETURNS
Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of CEACEA. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.
PURCHASE FROM MARKETS
No refunds will be given for any purchase made at the markets. All sales final.
