    Shipping is $13.95 to an Australian address,. Your swimwear will be posted within a 48 hour time frame (on business days Mon-Fri).

    * Depends on location of recipient. These timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimated delivery times only; CEACEA Swimwear cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Covid or extreme weather conditions. Please check the Aus Post and Sendle website before ordering for current shipping times. 

    Please note: There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. Please also allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR CUSTOMS TAX AGREEMENTS. CEACEA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR.

    Please put down a secure address (including business name if applicable) as deliveries are sent using the ‘Authority to Leave without Signature’ procedure. Parcels will be left in a secure location or a collection card will be left if no one is home when delivery is attempted.

    Orders placed over the weekend or long weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Once you have placed your order the ETA will fall between 2-5 working days (Australia-wide) or 5-15 days (international). Due to Covid these are currently taking longer. 

    If you have not received your order within these time frames, please check your tracking details on your email first and then email us at info@ceaceaswimwear.com if you still require help.

    We do not take responsibility for missing packages that are deemed a ‘successful delivery’ by the courier company.

    Shipping will be done via Sendle or Aus Post depending on postcode. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    CEACEA understands that purchasing online can be daunting for those who like to try before you buy. Therefore, we will happily accept any unworn, clean, garments that were sold at regular price for exchange within 10 business days of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, CEACEA does not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Please review the below conditions:

    - If you wish to return an item(s) we provide a credit note or you can exchange the size or item for another. 

    - Returns & exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of shipping nationally and 15 days internationally.

    - Returns & exchanges or credit notes will NOT be accepted on SALE or PROMOTIONAL OFFER items. Minimum order is $50 for most discount codes to work. 

    - All sales made with a discount code are final. 

    - Returned and exchanged items must have all tags still attached and cannot be washed or altered in way.

    - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    - Garments that are returned or exchanged must have no makeup, fake tan or any other stains on them in order for it to be processed.

    You will need to provide:

    Your name, address, email address, phone number and invoice number must be clearly indicated when sending your order back to us.

    Please send us an email info@ceaceaswimwear.com prior to this with all your particulars and the details of your purchase and we will send you the returns address.

    If you wish to exchange please indicate what you would like to exchange i.e size, colour

    LOST OR MISSING RETURNS

    Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of CEACEA. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.

    No refunds will be given for any purchase made at the markets. Exchanges only.
