We normally make scrunchies from the off cuts of fabric to minimise waste. Due to the pandemic situation we have instead made face masks to help with the current high demand and need. All profits will be donated to charity.
CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) now recommends the wearing of cloth face masks at all times. There is also a global shortage as the effects of COVID-19 move across the world.
Our masks are made from two layers of off cut SPANDEX fabric from our upcoming range with elastic straps. The fabric is stretchy, comfort fitting, quick-drying and breathable. Masks can be used on their own for protection or as a cover for an N95 and filtered masks.
The masks are soft and breathable and are designed for maximum comfort. They are machine-washable and quick-drying. We have 4 colours available.
Please note that these face masks are designed according to CDC recommendations but are not PPE, surgical masks, N-95 respirators or medical-grade. Wash the mask frequently.
