Shipping details
SHIPPING
Shipping is flat rate $10.00 to all Australian addresses. Your swimwear will be posted within a 48 hour time frame (peak periods 72 hours) on business days Mon-Fri.
PLEASE SELECT EXPRESS POST IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR ARE GOING ON HOLIDAY.
FREE postage for orders over $250 Australia wide.
FREE tote bag & stickers for all orders over $250.
Your tracking details will be emailed to you. Please check your junk mail if you can't find them.

* Depends on location of recipient - we are based in Perth so East coast deliveries take closer to 6-9 working days. These timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimated delivery times only; CEACEA Swimwear cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Covid, peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Please check the Aus Post and Sendle website before ordering for current shipping times.
DURING PEAK PERIODS SUCH AS BLACK FRIDAY SALES, CHRISTMAS & EOFY SALES POSTAGE TIMES WILL BE LONGER. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING DETAILS FOR UPDATES ON YOUR PARCEL - IF YOU CAN'T FIND THEM CHECK YOUR JUNK MAILBOX.
Please note: There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. Please also allow for 1-3 working days to pick and pack your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR CUSTOMS TAX AGREEMENTS. CEACEA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR.
Please put down a secure address (including business name if applicable) as deliveries are sent using the ‘Authority to Leave without Signature’ procedure. Please state 'do not leave parcel unless someone is home' at checkout if you are unsure if it's safe to leave it and the courier will leave a card. CEACEA does not take responsibility for lost parcels.
Orders placed over the weekend or long weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Once you have placed your order the ETA will fall between 2-5 working days (Australia-wide) or 5-15 days (international). Due to Covid these are currently taking longer.
If you have not received your order within these time frames, please check your tracking details on your email first and then email us at info@ceaceaswimwear.com if you still require help.
We do not take responsibility for missing packages that are deemed a ‘successful delivery’ by the courier company.
Shipping will be done via Sendle or Aus Post depending on postcode.
Can I get a refund?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BUY - TRY - KEEP, RETURN FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
CEACEA understands that purchasing online can be daunting for those who like to try before you buy. We have an easy returns/exchange portal for you to use to make the process easy.
Returns are offered on FULL PRICE ITEMS ONLY for a refund, exchange or store credit note. Credit notes are valid for 1 year. Item/s must be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
** Please allow 3 days for processing time once the package arrives at our returns centre.
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Please review the RETURN conditions below:
- If you wish to return an item(s) we provide a refund, credit note or an exchange - on full priced items only.
- A $10 admin fee will be deducted from your refund if no items are kept from your order. If one or more items are kept no admin fee will be deducted.
- Returns must be processed via our portal within 14 days.
- Returned/Exchanged items return postage to be covered by customer.
- All purchases made with a discount code are final (except the welcome $10 off discount). No refunds/exchanges/credit notes accepted when you have used a discount coe.
- Any items bought that are on sale or in a sale (EOFY/Black Friday sale) are final sale. No credit notes/exchanges accepted.
- Returned items must have all tags still attached and cannot be washed or altered in way. They must have no makeup, fake tan or any other stains on them
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & tracking info. CEACEA is not responsible for any lost returned parcels.
- Any faults or issues that arise with your items will only be replaced up to 60 days after purchase.

Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of CEACEA. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.

MEASUREMENTS
SPRING SUIT 2MM
Wetsuits are stretchy and you want a snug but comfortable fit, If you are in-between sizes we recommend sizing down.
ONE PIECE SIZING/SURF SUIT
For a One Piece or Surf Suit please take into account your height, bust size and bottoms.
For the SURF SUITS: 'A' frame body type choose your size following your bikini bottom size. 'V' frame body type choose your size following your top size.
If you have a longer torso, we always recommend going up one size but it's always best to email us to get confirmation and be sure.

Here's how to take your measurements:
BUST - Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup.
WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your waist line.
HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips around your bottom.
KIDS SWIM
Our children's swimwear sizing guide is 6M (6 months) and 1 (aged 1), 2 (aged 2) etc.
We stock sizes 6 months - 10 years.
The shorts and long leg suits are designed to be unisex.
The sizing is based on the average size of Australian children. Please size up or down depending on the measurements given rather than age.
Our fabric has UPF50+ sun protection but we still recommend using sun cream & sun hats on your children. Over stretched or worn out fabric will not maintain their sun protection properties so we recommend replacing old suits.
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 percent of the sun's rays and allows two percent (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing the exposure risk significantly.
